The Nature Sessions – Terms and Conditions

By booking a retreat with The Nature Sessions, you are confirming that you have read and agree to abide by these Booking Terms and Conditions. Please contact us via email at thenaturesessions@gmail.com with any queries or clarifications prior to completing your booking.

In the Booking Terms and Conditions set out below, "you" and "your" refers to all persons named on the booking, which includes any individual(s) subsequently added or substituted at a later date. "We", "us" and "our" all refer to The Nature Sessions.

Please print and retain a copy of these Booking Terms and Conditions for your records as they may occasionally be updated.

Making A Booking

The retreats are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to withdraw, amend or cancel the retreats at any time at our absolute discretion.

By making a booking you are confirming that you are authorised to do so on behalf of all persons named in the booking and you are acknowledging that all members of your party agree to be bound by these Booking Terms and Conditions.

When your booking has been made a confirmation will be sent to you by email using the email address that you have supplied. You should retain a copy of this confirmation for your reference.

You should carefully check the details of your confirmation as soon as you receive it. You must contact The Nature Sessions immediately if any of the details are incorrect or incomplete. We will always endeavour to rectify any inaccuracies or accommodate any alterations you wish to make to your booking. We cannot accept liability for any inaccuracies that are not brought to our attention within seven (7) days of issuing your confirmation, nor can we accept responsibility for inaccurate information that you have supplied.

Persons attending The Nature Sessions retreats do so at their own risk. We will not be held liable for any injuries that may occur as a result of any treatment or activity that you undertake whilst on the retreat, and it is your responsibility to inform the practitioner of any treatment or activity you undertake of any health concerns. If you are in doubt of your suitability to participate in the retreat, please contact The Nature Sessions. Non-disclosure of relevant information can invalidate your insurance, and we will not be held liable for any injuries that may occur as a result of your non-disclosure.

Cancellations and refunds

If you do need to cancel for any reason, you can cancel up to 6 weeks before the event and we will give you a full refund, minus a £50 admin fee. You may also transfer your place to a friend or family member.

Under 6 weeks before the event, no refund is available. If there is a waiting list you can transfer your place to another person and we will refund you the whole ticket price, minus a £50 admin fee. You can also still transfer your place to a friend or family member.

Cancellation of your retreat must be made in writing to The Nature Sessions via email at thenaturesessions@gmail.com.  

Cancellations and changes made by The Nature Sessions

In the unlikely event that we are unable to accommodate a confirmed reservation it may be necessary to offer an alternative of an equal or a superior standard. If at any time we need to make changes that will significantly affect your stay or we need to cancel your stay, we will tell you as soon as possible, offering a suitable alternative or a refund. This does not apply to minor changes or events during your stay, resulting from unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.

We cannot be held responsible for cancelling your booking as a result of your failure to comply with any requirement of our Booking Terms and Conditions, and we cannot be held liable for any expenses, costs or losses incurred by you as a result of any change or cancellation. 

Insurance
It is your responsibility to ensure that any insurance cover you have provides adequate cover for your needs and for the duration of your stay. We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover your stay.

Our liability to you

Nothing in these Booking Terms and Conditions will limit or exclude our liability for:

a)    death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or contractors;

b)    fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

c)    any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law.

We cannot accept responsibility for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to, adverse weather conditions, fire, riot or threat of riot, war or threat of war, terrorist activity or threat of terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural disaster, or injuries and death of an individual(s) through accidental circumstances unconnected with The Nature Sessions.

We accept liability for, and totally restricted to, services booked via The Nature Sessions website, in accordance with these Booking Terms and Conditions current at the time of booking. We cannot accept any other form of liability. 

Indemnity

You agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless The Nature Sessions, its employees, agents and contractors and each of their respective successors and assigns, from any and all liability, claims, actions, costs, expenses or damages to the fullest extent permitted by law arising from or otherwise related to your booking of or attendance at a retreat.

Privacy

By contacting The Nature Sessions or making a retreat booking, you will need to provide us with personal data about yourself and your party. Any personal data we collect will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected. For detailed information on how we treat personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.

Complaints

We hope that you are fully satisfied with your experience with the Nature Sessions. However, if you do have a complaint, please speak to a member of The Nature Sessions team immediately so we can try and resolve your issue or call Kim on 07787115329. If you are unable to do so, or wish to do so once you have left, please email thenaturesessions@gmail.com.

Please note, complaints received after 14 days from the end of your retreat cannot be reliably investigated.

Movement Lessons Cancellation Policy

Classes must be paid for in advance of the session - if you have to cancel, you can roll over that booking to another class, this includes block bookings. You can only roll over a class once and then you will be charged, whether you attend or not.
